Legal Secretary Job Description:
· Draft legal documents, manage correspondence, and schedule appointments
· Assist lawyers in preparing for court hearings, trials, and meetings
· Maintain accurate records and files
· Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Conveyancing Clerk Job Description:
· Handle conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase transactions, refinancing, and property transfers
· Prepare legal documents and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
· Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
· Provide administrative support to lawyers as needed
