刑事法典 第477条: 欺诈地取消或毁灭遗嘱
477. 任何人欺诈地或不诚实地或蓄意导致公众或任何人损失或伤害而取消、毁灭、或损毁、或企图取消、毁灭或损毁，或隐藏、或企图隐藏任何属于或声称属于一项遗嘱、或一项领养儿子之授权、或任何有价证券之证件、或对该证件作出恶作剧，必须判处最高可达廿年之监禁，并可另加罚款。
